1. GeneralThese Terms of Use govern the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the services provided via the xdiamond.com.tr domain. By using the site, you accept these terms.2. Service DescriptionX Diamond sells jewelry products manufactured using laboratory-grown (synthetic) diamonds.3. Orders and PaymentsOrder confirmation is sent via email. Payment is made via credit card, bank transfer, or affiliated payment institutions (PayNKolay, iyzico, PayTR, etc.).4. DeliveryAfter order confirmation, products are shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may be extended due to force majeure or customs procedures.5. Returns and CancellationsConsumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation. However;Withdrawal rights cannot be exercised for products produced based on special requests or personalization (ring size, engraving, custom design).Returns are not accepted if the authenticity of the product has been compromised (stones removed, engraving added, physical damage).6. WarrantyAll products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturing defects (stone loss, plating deterioration) are repaired or replaced under warranty. User-induced damage is not covered.7. Intellectual PropertyAll site content (designs, images, text) is the exclusive property of X Diamond. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.8. Limitation of LiabilityThe Company assumes no liability for service interruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, war, pandemic, cyberattacks).9. Dispute ResolutionDisputes arising from these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices.
